1. Services Provided

Propalyst Pvt Ltd ("Propalyst") operates a premium residential real estate portal that allows users to:

• Search and view verified property listings
• Access concierge support for scheduling property viewings
• Enter into a Buyer's Agreement outlining service terms and fees

2. Buyer's Agreement

To use Propalyst's property viewing and concierge services, users must sign a Buyer's Agreement. This agreement clearly explains:

• The scope of services offered
• Applicable fees and payment terms
• Roles and responsibilities of Propalyst and the user

3. User Responsibilities

By using Propalyst, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect the confidentiality of property listings and partner broker information

4. Fees and Payments

Buyers and renters agree to the fee structure outlined in the Buyer's Agreement (e.g., 0.75% of transaction value for buyers and 7% of annual rent for renters). Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Sharing of Information

To deliver services, Propalyst may share your information with partner brokers within the RealBroker Network. Such sharing is limited to what is necessary for fulfilling your property search and viewing requests.

6. Limitations of Liability

Propalyst acts as a facilitator and concierge service. We do not:

• Guarantee the availability, condition, or final transaction of any property
• Accept liability for disputes between users and property owners or third parties

7. Termination of Service

Propalyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user:

• Violates these Terms or the Buyer's Agreement
• Provides false or misleading information
• Engages in misuse of the platform or services

8. Changes to Terms

Propalyst may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
