Propalyst provides premium residential real estate advisory and concierge services. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Buyer and Propalyst for all property searches and viewings arranged through Propalyst.
Propalyst will provide:

All property and agent details shared via Propalyst are confidential and for the Buyer's use only.
Propalyst acts as an advisor and facilitator. Propalyst is not liable for property condition, availability, owner defaults, or third-party actions. Buyers must conduct independent legal and financial due diligence.
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
