Master Service Agreement (MSA) for Propalyst premium real estate services
Between: Propalyst Pvt Ltd, #82, 80 Feet Rd, KGE Layout, R.M.V. 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094
and Buyer: [To be filled during agreement signing]
1. Purpose
Propalyst provides premium residential real estate advisory and concierge services. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Buyer and Propalyst for all property searches and viewings arranged through Propalyst.
2. Scope of Services
Propalyst will provide:
- Curated access to verified premium property listings
- Concierge scheduling of property viewings
- Coordination with partner brokers from the RealBroker Network
- Advisory support during property shortlisting and decision-making
3. Fees

4. Buyer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements and budget
- Attend property viewings in good faith
- Direct all communication about scheduled properties through Propalyst
- Pay applicable service fees upon transaction completion
5. Confidentiality
All property and agent details shared via Propalyst are confidential and for the Buyer's use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Propalyst acts as an advisor and facilitator. Propalyst is not liable for property condition, availability, owner defaults, or third-party actions. Buyers must conduct independent legal and financial due diligence.
7. Term & Termination
- Valid for 6 months from signing
- Fees remain payable for transactions completed during this period (or within 90 days after termination) for properties introduced by Propalyst
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
